Ainsworth Paddle Warranty & Support
Our Approach
Every Ainsworth paddle is built to order using high-quality carbon materials and proven design principles. We stand behind our work and aim to ensure every customer is confident in both the performance and durability of their paddle.
Warranty Period
All new paddles are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What is Covered
The warranty covers defects in:
Materials
Workmanship
Structural integrity under normal use
If a fault occurs due to a manufacturing issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part where appropriate.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, including:
Impact damage, crashes or accidental misuse
Improper use outside intended paddling conditions
Incorrect storage or maintenance
Normal wear and tear over time
Modifications or alterations to the paddle
Crash Damage Support
We understand that paddles are used in demanding environments.
If your paddle is damaged through impact or accident, we offer a crash replacement service at a reduced cost.
This ensures you are never left without a usable paddle, even outside of warranty conditions.
Lifetime Support
Every Ainsworth paddle is built with longevity in mind.
Even outside the warranty period, we will always aim to support repairs, replacements or advice where possible. If a component or design has evolved, we will recommend the closest current equivalent.
Shipping & Costs
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will cover reasonable repair or replacement costs.
If the issue is due to external damage, the customer will be responsible for any repair, replacement and shipping costs.
