3. Products & Custom Builds
All paddles are built to order.
As each paddle is custom specified, slight variations in finish may occur. These do not affect performance and are part of the handcrafted nature of the product.
By placing an order, you confirm that all specifications provided are correct to the best of your knowledge.
4. Ordering & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
decline or cancel any order
request additional information before processing
refund payments where an order cannot be fulfilled
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Payment must be received in full before production begins

6. Lead Times
All paddles are made to order.
Typical lead times will be stated on the product page or confirmed after ordering. These may vary depending on demand and specification.
Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using reputable carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS and others.

8. International Orders

Custom Products
As paddles are custom made to order, returns are not accepted unless:
the product is faulty
or incorrectly supplied
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Provide photographs and details
Retain original packaging
We will assess and advise on repair, replacement or resolution.
11. Warranty
All paddles are covered by a 2-year build warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This does not cover:
impact or crash damage
misuse or incorrect application
normal wear and tear
We also offer crash replacement support at a reduced cost.

12. Liability
Our liability is limited to:
repair
replacement
or refund of the product
We are not liable for:
indirect or consequential loss
loss of use or performance
damage caused by misuse or incorrect application
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended use.

Paddles are used in demanding environments and are subject to wear.
Customers should:
regularly inspect equipment
stop using any damaged product
use appropriate safety equipment
Use of the product is at the customer’s own risk.
