Ainsworth's fantastic Stand Up Paddle Surfing paddle range just got even better. Now with a new light-weight foam sandwich blade, the paddle incorporates a 10 degree bent shaft which picks up the stroke much earlier. Available with allow, glass or carbon shafts.

NEW! RTM Paddles - Beautiful, light-weight, strong

A brand new range of high quality, performance paddles, the light-weight RTM blades offer top class performance and feel. With a beautiful striking silver or glossy black carbon finish, British made RTM paddles have vastly superior wear characteristics. High tech manufacturing gives a paddle that not only looks and feels great but weighs no more than 880g (typical straight shaft paddle weight).

X-grip: the new soft paddle grip

It's an age-old paddling problem: use a textured grip for maximum paddle control and risk 'burning' in heavy use, or select a smooth finish and risk a slip on the shaft at a critical moment. Now there is a new solution to the problem: the high-tech X-grip.

Using the latest developments in polymer foam technology, the light-weight X-grip offers the positive feel of a textured grip, but includes an X-patterned smooth braid that allows air under the hand and prevents burning. The X-grip is now an option across Ainsworth's kayak paddle range, including the new top of the range RTM blades.

The new grip supplements the ergo foam paddle grips already offered by Ainsworth, allowing your choice of paddle to be fully honed to your personal preference.
